Reschedule Appointment
Each client must reschedule 48 hours prior to your appointment time. If you are unable to reschedule your appointment, please view the cancellation policy.

Cancelling Appointments
We are now requiring that each salon guest will need to have a credit card on file. It will be encrypted and protected.
We require a 48 hour cancellation notice. Failure to do so, or "no shows," will be charged 100% of your scheduled service.
However, we know that things happen, and we will take this into consideration.
If you do not agree with this policy, then you will not be able to continue booking appointments.
This is necessary as we value our clients' and our stylists' time.

Your card will not be charged unless there is a violation of our cancellation policy.

Looking to schedule a chemical service with us?
We take pride in doing professional work that leaves the client happy, as well as the keeping your hair's integrity strong and healthy. We also ask that you please give your stylist an accurate 3 year hair history. If an honest history has not been given during the client consultation the stylist and salon are not responsible for any damage or integrity changes of the hair.
